1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PrepUni website at prepuni.co.uk (the Service), operated by Yasin Osman trading as PrepUni (PrepUni, we, us). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
PrepUni provides information about a preparation programme designed to support Gulf students entering UK universities, and a contact form through which universities, government sponsors, and other organisations can register interest in pilot programmes. Use of the Service is restricted to adults aged 18 or over.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information through any contact form
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users data
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without our written consent
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute Service content without permission
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, research data, and Freedom of Information analysis, is owned by PrepUni or its licensors and protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Public Freedom of Information data referenced in the Service remains in the public domain.
5. Submissions to Contact Forms
When you submit information through any contact form on the Service, you confirm that the information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authority to provide it on behalf of any organisation you mention. We may contact you using the details provided to discuss potential pilot programmes or partnerships. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Service. The data presented, including statistics derived from Freedom of Information requests, is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon without independent verification. PrepUni is in development. References to pilot programmes, modules, or platform features describe planned offerings and do not constitute a guarantee of availability, scope, or pricing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepUni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, or zero if no such payment was made.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PrepUni harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or our business interests.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
